Gold disappointed its investors last week by could not stand over 1450 usd/oz at Стамбульская биржа. The best price was recorded as 1471.50 usd/oz as the beginning of week. Gold regressed till 1455 usd/oz as the average price level. Selling transactions dominated Стамбульская биржа market unfortunatly and gold rolled down till the end of session and could finish with 1442 usd/oz. Gold’s loss was % 1.2. As volume of transactions gold was modest with 6921 Kg and for silver 8531 kg.
At international market yellow metal is being affected by strong stocks and higher US dollar. We are already in December and towards new year, generally investors prefers to see their profits and they liquidate their metals. So gold’s downward trend may continue.
